Overview: The NL Scholarship, previously known as the Holland Scholarship, is funded by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture, and Science. It aims to support international students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degrees at Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Non-EEA nationality.
- Application for a full-time bachelor’s or master’s programme at a participating Dutch higher education institution.
- Fulfilment of specific requirements set by the chosen institution, available on their website.
- No previous study experience at a Dutch educational institution.
Application Process: Applicants must apply directly to their chosen participating institution for the NL Scholarship. Application deadlines vary depending on the university, falling on either 1 February 2024 or 1 May 2024. Applicants must verify the correct deadline on the institution’s website.
