The government has now relaxed the strict Covid-19 curfew that was imposed in March 2020 to stop the virus from spreading.
Nightclubs have been allowed permission to stay open till 3 a.m.
Dr. Jenfan Muswere, the Acting Minister of Information, Publicity, Media and Broadcasting Services, made the statement during the post-Cabinet media briefing on Tuesday.
“Hospitality industry business hours have been extended to 8 a.m. to 3 a.m. the next day.” The curfew is no longer in effect. “All Covid-19 public health and social measures must be increased in the future,” he stated.
