Responsibilities:
As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s strategy and ensuring smooth operational processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership: Provide inspired leadership to the organization, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Policy and Strategy: Make critical policy, planning, and strategic decisions to drive the company forward.
- Operational Excellence: Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Human Resources Support: Assist the HR department with recruitment efforts when necessary, ensuring the organization has the right talent to succeed.
- Culture Building: Promote a company culture that encourages top performance, high morale, and employee engagement.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing activities to ensure financial health and sustainability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior stakeholders to align operational activities with overall business objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed appropriately, and monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Minimum Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in management operations and leadership roles.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of general finance and budgeting principles, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build consensus and maintain effective relationships with managers, partners, and employees.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Financial Management: Solid understanding of financial management practices.
- Renewable Energy Experience: Experience or knowledge of the renewable energy industry would be advantageous.
