Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
2. Experience: Demonstrated experience in management operations and leadership roles.
3. Financial Acumen: Understanding of general finance and budgeting principles, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
4. Relationship Building: Ability to build consensus and maintain effective relationships with managers, partners, and employees.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Financial Management: Solid understanding of financial management practices.
7. Renewable Energy Experience: Experience or knowledge of the renewable energy industry would be advantageous.
