D-Day for Bankrupt Self-Styled Prophet Talent Madungwe

Talent Madungwe, a self-proclaimed prophet known for his controversial beliefs, is scheduled to be sentenced tomorrow, October 9, by the Magistrates Court in Epworth.

He faces charges related to violations of the Road Traffic Act, including negligent driving and operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license.

Last week, Madungwe appeared before Magistrate Tafadzwa Miti and pleaded guilty to the charges. The incident occurred on August 6, 2024, around 10 AM, when Madungwe allegedly sideswiped a Nissan NP300, owned by Rutendo Kwinjo, while driving along Airport Road in Hatfield, Harare. The minor collision resulted in damage to Kwinjo’s vehicle, which has the registration number ACG 8313.
