Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Jeanette M. Russell Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a Florida resident.
- For high school seniors, applicants must plan to major in jazz music at a college or university.
- For college students, applicants must be enrolled full-time and majoring in jazz music.
