The Jacaranda Festival looms large on the horizon and is promising to be a vibrant celebration beneath the iconic purple blooms. This year’s lineup is a captivating mix of local and international talent, poised to transform the city into a global stage for diverse musical expressions.
The excitement is palpable for Ace FRVR’s much anticipated performance, known for his electrifying dance music and modern Afrobeat. The Zimbabwean DJ and Producer who is taking the music scene by storm is expected to light up the Jacaranda Festival.
Joining him on the electronic front is Reverb 7, whose deep house and techno beats have made waves across the continent. He is mostly known for his hit song Confuse me. From South Africa, the legendary Mi Casa is set to bring their Afro soul, while the vibrant rhythms of The Travellers Band promise to keep the crowd dancing.
Dlala Thukzin, a star in the Gqom scene, is ready to bring the energy with his high octane tracks. Zimbabwe’s own Freeman HKD and the HKD Band are expected to deliver a powerful set, blending reggae and dancehall.
Agga Nyabinde’s soulful melodies and Skyroot’s unique fusion of genres will add a rich layer to the festival’s soundscape.

Casper Nyovest
Shaku Shante’s Afro-jazz vibes and the expressive artistry of Expressions by Daniel Deuschle will provide a mellow counterpoint to the festival’s more upbeat acts. Rax the DJ, known for his seamless mixes, will keep the energy flowing between sets, while Feli Nandi’s soothing vocals are sure to enchant the audience.
From South Africa, Cassper Nyovest is set to bring his energetic hip-hop flair, while Nutty O will showcase his signature dancehall style. The diverse lineup continues with Spunj’s dynamic performances and the harmonious voices of Backtrack Vocals from the USA. Nomfusi, another South African gem, will grace the stage with her powerful voice and presence.
International flavor will be added by Idoipe – Cuervo Lento from Spain, whose blend of electronic and traditional Spanish sounds promises to be a unique experience. James Sakala from Zambia will bring a touch of traditional African music, while Master H’s dancehall music will resonate through the crowd.
St. Emmo Mokoomba, renowned for their vibrant fusion of traditional Zimbabwean music with international influences, will undoubtedly be a highlight. Lastly, Felo le Tee from South Africa will close the festival with his infectious Amapiano beats, ensuring an unforgettable finale.
