KADOMA’S Odyssey Hotel will host the highly–anticipated show of the weekend: “Africa Explosion“.
This event, featuring Congolese rhumba guru Koffi Olomide, South African pop ensemble Mafikizolo, superstar Jah Prayzah, award–winning diva Tamy Moyo, Zim dancehall chanter Enzo Ishall, and opening act Suluman Chimbetu, is sure to positively impact the local economy of this gold mining town.
Event coordinator Prince Mharadze, son of 2 Kings Entertainment co–director Tich Mharadze, has expressed that the big stage is set for this show, and that tickets have been selling steadily.
He further stated that the show is special to them as they celebrate some of the continent’s top acts.
Last year, the Kadoma Odyssey Hotel hosted the Kadoma Music Festival, headlined by Jah Prayzah and South African musician Makhadzi, and it appears that the show tomorrow is sure to be just as successful.
Reports in Kadoma say that most of the accommodation at Odyssey Hotel has been taken up.
