Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Receptionist at LC Shipping, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Greeting clients and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Offering administrative support to various departments within the company.
- Receiving, sorting, distributing, and dispatching mail effectively.
- Managing social media accounts and engaging with online communities.
- Assisting in the sourcing of products as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A minimum of 5 O’level passes, including Mathematics and English.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of tools like Canva.
- At least 1 year of previous work experience in a similar role.
- A qualification in business administration would be an added advantage.
