A social media personality and the owner of Saint TV recently shared a heartbreaking story on Facebook about being robbed by a young couple he had helped out of kindness.
The man, known for sharing positive messages online, explained that he had met the couple, Clifford Simbarashe Mtapura (22) and Laura Grace Munyai (20), at Kwame Mall.
They appeared upset and told him they were struggling. Feeling sorry for them, he decided to offer them a place to stay for three weeks.
However, he said, “Things took a turn for the worse when, one night, I returned home from work at 12:44 a.m. and found the house empty. The couple had left without any notice, but they did not just leave they took my Samsung laptop, which held all my work for Saint TV, and $1,100 in cash. This money was meant to pay for my daughter’s school fees, as she was about to start high school.”
