Mangawa, arguably one of the most promising actors currently is set to embark on a one year program at Dell’Arte International School of Physical Theatre and the funds are to cater for his travel and insurance.

Fesbhuku was written by Christopher Mlalazi while the cast includes Mangawa, Charles Matare, Rumbidzai Karize, Everson Ndlovu and Nyasha Chagonda.

Speaking to Showbiz director of the play Fesbhuku and Savanna Trust boss Daniel Maposa said the play was aimed at shaping social change and development.

Maposa said so far his tuition and accommodation have been paid for.

“As the arts are not only a mirror of society but a medium for social change and development, the play Fesbhuku plays that role where it critics authorities’ desire to thwart freedom of expression, a tenet that is enshrined in our constitution,” said Maposa.
