To promote property ownership, WESTPROP Holdings is providing substantial winter discounts to prospective Pomona City homeowners.
If customers take advantage of the promotion, they can save up to US$24,900 on their purchases. The discount is currently available for a short period of time on the 800 and 1000 square meter stands as the 500 and 600 square meter stands have all sold out.
According to Ms. Shantel Magodo, acting chief sales and marketing officer, buyers can receive a US$24,900 reduction and a maximum six-month payment period by paying 30% of the whole amount ahead. Alternatively, customers can spread out the remainder over 24 months and get a US$10,500 reduction by paying 24 percent now.
She mentioned that the corporation will go back to the initial terms of sale and rates once the estate’s roads are asphalt.
Of the 600 stands that were initially available under Pomona City phases 1B and C, only 125 stands are left as of right now.
New housing will be able to be built in the phase after the road construction is finished, meaning that “our customers can now start building their dream homes.”

The CEO of WestProp Holdings, Mr. Ken Sharpe, announced the discount offer to encourage homeownership and show gratitude to the company’s loyal clients.
“We are installing roads made of asphalt. According to trustworthy sources, we are the second development to use asphalt on residential roads, therefore this is a first for WestProp,” Mr. Sharpe remarked.
Important infrastructure is already in place, including the multipurpose gatehouse, stormwater drainage, and water reticulation systems, which cost US$630,000.
Pomona City, which combines living, working, shopping, and recreational areas into one neighborhood, is known as a “city within a city” due to its extensive metropolitan amenities. It is expected to grow into a significant prototype project that other developers will want to imitate.
The master plan and building structures were designed by internationally recognized architects, resulting in a very cosmopolitan and culturally blended community.
