Notice On Scheduled Maintenance On The Prepaid Electricity Vending System
ZETDC would like to advise its valued customers nationwide on the unavailability of the prepaid electricity token purchase system from Tuesday 31 December 2024 at 1700 hours to Wednesday 1 January 2025 at 0600 hours. This is to allow for the annual system maintenance on the prepaid vending system.
Customers are therefore advised to purchase sufficient electricity tokens to sustain them during the service disruption period.
