braai festival 2025, ruds

The Castle Braai Festival is set to celebrate its 10th anniversary on 18 October at Glamis Arena, promising an unforgettable experience for fans of the popular braai show.

This year, organizers have introduced mini “Micro Castle Lager Braai” events across 10 cities, building up to the main celebration.

According to the organizers, the mini events allow Castle Lager to connect with more consumers while celebrating the cherished tradition of braai.
Each micro event features live performances by local artists and DJs, blending music, food, and the iconic taste of Castle Lager.

The culmination of the festival in the capital will feature South African DJs, DJ Tira and Heavy K, continuing the tradition of regional artists performing on the festival stage following last year’s appearance by Dali hitmaker Kamo Mpela.

Zimbabwean music stars Nutty O, Winky D, Tamy Moyo, Qounfuzed, Enzo Ishall, Master H, Saintflow, and Nisha Ts are also set to perform celebrating a decade of bringing friends together through braai and 130 years of brewing excellence.
