Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Management: Take charge of the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying suppliers to negotiating contracts and monitoring performance.
2. Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of quality goods or services.
3. Cost Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, striving for cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
4. Contract Management: Develop and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
5. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with other departments to establish and maintain quality standards for procured items or services.
6. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and new product developments to make informed purchasing decisions.
7. Efficiency Enhancement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of purchasing activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Purchasing Officer or similar role.
