Mai Titi, a beloved comedian and prominent figure in the media, recently ignited a flurry of activity on social media with her playful request to entrepreneur Wicknell Chivayo for a car.
Well-known for his generosity in bestowing new vehicles upon Zimbabwean artists, Mai Titi decided to test her luck by approaching Chivayo in a whimsical manner.
In her online post, Mai Titi amusingly appealed to Chivayo, inquiring whether he would entertain the idea of gifting her an Aqua car.

“Nhai Sir Wicknel havangondipeo Aqua yacho ndikaitamadeliveries eFeliGlow Skincare ingawani ndinongonzi hure reZanu veduweeee . Ndangoti ndinyoreo ka history kanguo.Veduweeee ndidairireo hanty munogaronditi hure reZanu ndisiseio palist ndatendakune vachabatsira,” she posted.
She quipped that such a vehicle would facilitate the efficient delivery of her “FeliGlow Skincare” products. Injecting a dose of humor, she noted that despite being dubbed a “thigh vendor” associated with the ruling party, she felt deserving of a car.
Although Mai Titi’s request was made in jest, it elicited a range of reactions from social media users.
Some expressed reservations, suggesting that traditionally, requests for cars were associated with men rather than women, and that such appeals might potentially embarrass other women.
In response to these comments, Mai Titi clarified that her plea was made in a spirit of light-heartedness and was intended to be taken as a joke.
Her playful exchange with Chivayo sparked conversations and underscored the jovial banter often observed on social media platforms.
