A heated confrontation unfolded in Harare’s Central Business District (CBD) between Harare City Council officials and the driver of a GD6 vehicle over a vehicle clamping dispute.

Eyewitnesses reported that tensions escalated when the driver protested the clamping of their car, resulting in a physical altercation.
