Takarangana Night Club

ANDY Muridzo will share the stage with Elvis Bokosha, an Afro-jazz artist at Takarangana Night Club in Hatcliff. Andy Muridzo continues to market his latest album, Tichambotenderera. In the same vein Elvis is promoting his forthcoming second album, Shanda, set for release this month-end.

After a long period of starving Hararians, Leonard Zhakata will tonight perform at Traveller Tavern in Dzivaresekwa. Karikoga Leonard Zhakata will then tomorrow serenade fans at Kasi Kasi in Tafara Mabvuku.

Club Joy Centre

Peter Moyo, Potifa Mopo, Progress Chipfumo, Tendai Chimombe, Edith Weutonga and Tryson Chimbetu will tomorrow be hosted by Zimbabwe Business and Arts Hub in a fundraising gala meant to benefit Paradzai Messi, who has hit hard times.

All has been set for this year’s Miss World Zimbabwe, which takes place tomorrow. Among the 16 beauties to contest tomorrow, the lucky one will be representing the country at the Miss World in November. The guests at the event will be thrilled by music from South African artist Ringo Madlingozi, sungura ace Alick Macheso and Doctor Tawanda.

The stage is set for this year’s third edition of the annual choral music festival with 12 high schools and 13 church choirs set to battle for honours at the event set for Zimbabwe College of Music Hall in Harare.
