Netone and NGO Join Hands To Support People with Albinism

Netone continues to plough  back to marginalised communities in partnership with other organizations and the latest beneficiaries are people with albinism.

Recently, Netone in conjunction with Hope Of The Future Foundation recognized the the plight of people with albinism in Chipinge and surrounding areas and distributed sunscreen lotions, sanitary pads and lip balms .

Hope For The Future has taken an initiative to upkeep people with albinism as a way to give back to the communities in which it operates. Netone continues to provide information and resources to help people with albinism in uplifting their self confidence.

People with albinism are often discriminated and stigmatized in some communities because of their conditions . Netone through its CSR Health and Care Pillar is embarking into into a nation wide campaign to alleviate people with albinism by raising awareness of the condition and combat discrimination .

Providing educational materials about albinism to employees and the public is Netone’s dominate convention to help to dispel myths and stereotypes about the condition. The strategic partnership with Hope For The Future Foundation has been Netone’s way to provide access to education, health care and other essential services.

” This partnership is there to ensure that people with albinism are treated fairly and have equal access to opportunities ” said Netone CEO Engineer Mushanawani . He further emphasized that Netone is committed to support people with albinism as a way to make real difference in their lives of of their families.

” This is a way to help to create a more inclusive and accepting society for all ” concluded Eng Richard Mushanawani.
