Ren-Form CC, a South African company, is involved in a controversy that has caught the attention of Zimbabwean news.
The issue centers around three Zimbabwean businessmen – Wicknell Chivayo, Mike Chimombe, and Moses Mpofu – who are under investigation.
The controversy is about Ren-Form CC’s alleged involvement in a procurement scandal with the Zimbabwe Election Commission (ZEC). Although the company denies any business dealings with these men, evidence suggests otherwise.

Ren-Form CC released a statement on social media, denying any connection with the businessmen and calling the allegations baseless.
They stated, “We do not know these gentlemen and have no relationship with them regarding ZEC or any other matter.”
However, photos recently shared by The NewsHawks show Chivayo and Mpofu at Ren-Form’s offices in Johannesburg with a company executive, Angus Carlaw, on February 2, 2024.
