Scottland secured a convincing 2-0 victory over Black Rhinos yesterday at Rufaro Stadium, taking a significant step towards their maiden promotion to the Premier Soccer League (PSL). The win propelled Scotland up the log standings, fueling their ambition to join Zimbabwe’s top-flight football league.
Former Kaizer Chiefs defender Lincolin Zvasiya was instrumental in Scottland’s triumph, marshaling the defense ensuring Black Rhinos’ attacks were repelled.
His solidity at the back inspired confidence in the Scottland team, allowing them to dominate possession and create scoring opportunities.

The defeat was a setback for Black Rhinos, who struggled to breach Scottland’s stout defense. Despite their efforts, they were unable to find the back of the net, with Scotland’s goalkeeper producing several crucial saves to preserve the clean sheet.
Honorable Pedzayi ”Scott” Sakupwanya who is the member of Parliament for Mabvuku Tafara constituency was also in attendance to witness his team convincing victory against the log leaders.

Scotland now stands at number four three points behind log leaders Black Rhinos. Scotland have secured the services of former Dynamos twins Kelvin Moyo. They are also believed to have secured the services of King Nadolo from their sisters club.
