Self-proclaimed Geza’s spokesperson Nyokayemabhunu vehemently dismissed rumours that war veteran and ZANU-PF Central Committee member Blessed Geza accepted a $5 million bribe to abandon his mission.
Nyokayemabhunu stated that the allegations were baseless and aimed at tarnishing the reputation of a dedicated revolutionary.
“Cde Geza was indeed tempted with expensive cars, millions of dollars, and other luxurious offers, but he refused to betray the people of Zimbabwe,” Nyokayemabhunu said.
He emphasized that Geza’s unwavering commitment to the nation and its constitution remains resolute, despite attempts to sway him.
Blessed Geza, a prominent war veteran and former Central Intelligence Organisation (CIO) officer has been vocal in his criticism of President Emmerson Mnangagwa’s administration.

Geza has accused Mnangagwa of attempting to undermine the constitution and extend his term of office, calling for his departure to uphold democratic principles.
Nyokayemabhunu praised Geza’s resilience, stating that his refusal to succumb to external pressures demonstrates his dedication to the ideals of the liberation struggle.
“Cde Geza’s actions are a testament to his loyalty to Zimbabwe and its people. He remains a true revolutionary who cannot be bought or silenced,” he added.
